This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) is a privacy policy that governs the collection, retention, use and disclosure of your personal information by Little Stars English Language Learning Application (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, “our” as appropriate) and the user (hereinafter referred to as “you”, “your”, “yours” as appropriate) when using our Little Stars English Language Learning Application (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”).

By browsing the services on the “App” or using “Your” account, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the agreements set forth in this “Policy”.

By clicking the “I Accept” button or by filling in your personal information to use the “App”, you agree to the terms of this Policy and this Policy will be legally binding as a contract between you and us, without the need for an electronic signature.

1. Information we request

(c) Technical Information: type of mobile phone used, device identifier, mobile phone operating system, Internet Service Provider (ISP) and IP address, other information about the internet or wireless network used, browsing history and other information about the mobile browser, Log Data, and other technical information including language and time zone settings.
    4. (d) Usage Records: Includes your preferences, interests, and notifications, suggestions, questions, comments, survey responses, and other similar information sent from you to us.
  3. 1.3. You may withdraw your consent to us collecting your information at any time. However, upon such withdrawal, you will be deemed to have waived your right to use any or all of our services, and we will immediately cease providing you with the services.
  4. 1.4. By providing your personal information to us or using the service on the App, you understand and accept the purposes for which we collect your personal information and consent to us collecting your information.
  5. 1.5. “You” shall not include any personal information, images and messages other than “Your” information, which are not required to be kept confidential or “Your” personal information. Unless you have made any special instructions when sending or providing “Your” information to “We”, you shall be deemed to have agreed to “We” collecting, using, storing, copying, disclosing, distributing and transferring all such information. Furthermore, “You” shall be deemed to have guaranteed that the personal information provided to “We” is only true and accurate as of the date of this Policy.

  2. 2.2. “We” will automatically collect your personal information, which is sent directly from “You”, when you register an account on the “Application” and when you log in to your account.
  3. 2.3. We will collect technical information about you and information related to your location when you use our Services, and we will also automatically collect information you provide when you fill out online forms and contact us by phone or email.
  4. 2.4. Cookies may be collected automatically or with your prior consent, as appropriate, in connection with your use of the website. Cookies are used to help our website operate properly and provide better services.
  5. 2.5. The term “third parties” that we work with to facilitate our services as described in clause 2.1 includes: “Our” business partners and those who have signed exclusive contracts for technology, payment, shipping, data analytics providers and advertising networks.

    3. (c) With our business partners and individuals or businesses that have contracted exclusively for technology, payment, shipping, data analytics providers and advertising networks.
    4. (d) any third party or entity that chooses to sell, transfer, or merge with “our” business or assets. If there are changes to “our” business, the new owner will use your information only as described in this Policy.
  4. 3.4. We require that third parties or organizations that are not our customers comply with the terms of this Policy, respect your personal information, and comply with applicable law. 5. Data retention and account deletion
  1. 5.1. “We” will delete or destroy “Your” information if the following circumstances arise:
    1. (a) When you close or cancel your account;
    2. (b) When “Your” account has not been used for a consecutive year;

    5. (e) When the period of time when retention is no longer required by law has reached.

6. Updating the security policy
    1. 6.1. “We” may amend, change, or update this policy at any time.
    2. 6.2. “We” may amend the terms and conditions contained in this policy as necessary and may issue such amended terms and conditions in place of the current policy without prior notice to “You”.
    3. 6.3. Your continued use of the Application after such publication constitutes your acceptance of the new policies as amended by us.

  2. 8.2. If such a peaceful settlement is not reached, the dispute shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar.
  3. 8.3. If any provision of this Policy is held invalid by any law, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect. If any provision of this Policy is inconsistent with the interpretation provided in applicable law, the interpretation provided in applicable law shall prevail.
